近日，在协会的牵头组织下，由中国石油和化学工业联合会主持的陕西凯利清洗有限公司“环保节能组合式储罐清洗装置”科技成果鉴定会西安胜利召开。
据悉，这套“环保节能组合式储罐清洗装置”系统是由凯利清洗公司经过两年多研发和现场实验，将已研发4项发明专利技术产品进行组合的产品。该系统由高压粉碎清洁机系统（使储罐内淤渣粉碎、热水（油）稀释，它可以通过轴向和径向协调旋转粉碎工艺）；清理分离储罐内沉渣的系统（本设备的首级分离，利用机械筛分的原理，采用摆动筛板和绞龙对淤积油渣进行绞碎、筛分，并利用绞龙将分离出的粗渣推挤向另一分离设备）；油品淤渣提油干渣机系统（前一级分离设备分离出的粗渣中还含有少量液体，本设备利用粗渣在密闭空间内，承受强力挤压时，液体会脱离固体渗出的原理。采用机械挤压脱油的工艺）；三液面油水分离器系统（前一级分离设备分离出的污水中，仍然含有浮油和细渣。本设备利用原油比水轻、水比铁锈泥沙轻的密度特性原理。采用延长流动路径、减缓流动速度、加热降低粘度，使浮油充分上浮，细渣充分沉淀的工艺）；惰性气体保护装置、安全检测及运行操作装置等进行有效组合，衔接配合作业，实现储罐的机械清洗作业。

Using the process of mechanical extrusion and deoiling, the three liquid water separator system, which is separated from the former separation equipment, still contains oil and fine slag. This equipment makes use of the principle that the crude oil is lighter than water and the water is lighter than rust and sand. By extending the flow path, slow flow velocity, heating to reduce viscosity, make full floating oil slick, full process fine slag deposition); inert gas protection device, safety testing and operation device for effective combination, coordination operation, implementation of tank cleaning operation machinery.
