8月16日，由中国石油和化学工业联合会主办，中国化工情报信息协会、中国石化联合会信息与市场部承办的第七届全国石油和化工信息系统评选表彰大会、中国化工情报信息协会五届三次理事会暨信息专业论坛在成都顺利召开。中国石油和化学工业联合会傅向升副会长亲自到会并颁奖，全国石油和化工行业近百家信息机构代表参加了大会。
据悉，全国石油和化工信息系统每五年举行一次评选表彰，此次表彰是对上一个五年规划期间石化行业信息事业发展的综合性总结表彰活动。
由中国工业清洗协会与全国清洗行业信息中心共同举办的全国清洗行业技术进步与清洁产业发展大会获得全国石油和化工行业优秀信息成果二等奖，全国清洗行业信息中心获得全国石油和化工行业先进信息单位，全国清洗行业信息中心主任马春玲荣获全国石油和化工行业先进信息工作者。
