2017年3月16日，我公司与四川煤气化有限责任公司的氧管道、高压清洁氮气管道及相关设备与气化、变换、硫回收汽包废锅及连接管道化学清洗工程顺利签约，本次项目的甲方为：四川煤气化有限责任公司，乙方为陕西凯利清洗有限公司。
该工程地点为四川煤气化有限责任公司煤气化及配套对接项目现场内，工期要求为：2017年3月23日至2017年4月23日止，共计30天。
签约之初，双方就四川煤气化有限责任公司泸州化工园区原料结构调整项目I氧管道、高压洁净氮气管道及相关设备与气化、变换、硫回收汽包废锅及连接管道化学清洗的方案准备，临时管道配制，化学清洗，化学清洗废水处理，清洗质量检测，化学清洗相关技术资料移交等方面协商一致做了全面详细的部署。
此次清洗项目技术要求完全根据氧气站设计规范GB50030-2013第9.0.16条氧气管道设计对施工及验收的要求和《工业设备化学清洗质量验收规范》要求，严格执行高水平清洗标准。

The site of the project is Sichuan coal gasification limited liability company’s coal gasification and mating docking site. The time limit for the project is: from March 23, 2017 to April 23, 2017, a total of 30 days.
At the beginning of the signing, the two sides of the limited liability company to Luzhou chemical industry park project on the structure adjustment of raw materials Sichuan gas pipeline, I oxygen pressure clean nitrogen pipeline and related equipment and gasification, transformation, sulfur recovery drum and a connecting pipe waste heat boiler chemical cleaning solution, temporary pipeline preparation, chemical cleaning, chemical cleaning wastewater treatment, cleaning quality detection of chemical cleaning technology and other aspects of data transfer agreement has made detailed deployment.
The technical requirements of the cleaning project are strictly implemented according to the design specification of oxygen station GB50030-2013 9.0.16 oxygen pipeline design requirements for construction and acceptance and the acceptance specification for chemical cleaning quality of industrial equipment.
